The professional personnel of GLE and of Smit & van Wyk, have known one another for several years, and have worked alongside each other in the past. The merger puts more resources, in all respects, at the disposal of GLE’s clients, and we are confident that they will benefit thereby.
Arrangements have been made to maintain, for a time, the courier and postal addresses of GLE & Associates, so that mail and documents which might already have been sent to us, will not go astray. Indeed, the offices of Smit & Van Wyk are in the same building as GLE & Associates, and we expect the merger to be effected with very little disruption.
